  • I became interested in food and cooking at a young age, working for my grandmother who began her catering business in the 1950’s. Truly a renegade in her day!

Fast forward to my career as a dietitian working with athletes, performers and everyday people – I noticed that no two people responded alike, given the exact same nutrition recommendations. Even when they were based on research!

There had to be something more, I thought. Thus began my journey into genomic medicine.

Through rigorous training (which continues today), I learned to apply biochemical knowledge to individual genomic profiles and the magic began!

Now, my recommendations can be truly targeted and precise – zeroing in on what each person actually needs.

Inspired by my grandmothers, who both lived into their 90’s and my mom who is now in her mid 90’s, I want to help people live a long, healthy and vibrant life.

  • I’m a partner, dog-mom, aunt, daughter, sister and friend. I’m also a caring health professional with many client relationships that have lasted over 20 years. I’m very devoted to those around me.

I also believe having fun is an important part of life too! My passions over the years have been indoor and outdoor cycling, running, skiing and now Pickleball. I’m perfecting my serve, which is really strong but my dinks still need a lot of work!

My goal is to enrich the lives of others- helping them to lead vibrant lives for as long as possible.
