Health comes down to the basics, diet and lifestyle. This sounds easy enough, right… Food is the longest relationship you are going to have in your lifetime. It’s love or passion; sometimes, it’s hate and anger. No matter which way you look at it, it is very personal. All healthcare is a unique and personal process. So why are we constantly trying to make it fit in a one-size-fits-all box? My biochem class was the start of my education in genomics, as it highlighted the importance of food, nutrient support, and so much more. With this testing, I can tailor recommendations, getting you back to basics and out of the box.

I am a married mother with three young daughters and am passionate about teaching my kids the skills they need to nourish themselves, both now and as they grow. This passion extends to my friends and clients, as I enjoy helping others, and truly want to help make an impact for the better - on both a personal and global scale. You will see come across in my resources page as I recommend SCA, recycled workout attire, and more
When I not spending time with my family, I love learning, engaging with friends, cooking and eating flavorful meals, working out, as well as spending time outside and playing Mario with my kids
I worked very hard every step of the way to get to where I am, including working and paying my way through collage. I support Black Lives Matter, small and local businesses, and Women in Business
I buy local, eat fresh and do what I can to give back to the community
